Field Deployment
We go to the site, install the hardware, commission it, and stay involved once it is in service. Most of our customers run railway or metro infrastructure.
M H Electronics is a rail electronics company in Okhla, New Delhi. We started in 2010.
Our work is around overhead electrification, train coaches and trackside route data. We design the hardware, write the firmware, build the field tools, and run the deployments ourselves.
Most of our customers are Indian Railways and the metro PSUs (DMRC, JMRC, NCRTC). We have also worked with EPC contractors like L&T, KEC and Kalpataru, and with OEMs like Alstom and Siemens.

PCBs and microcontroller-based systems built for the conditions actually seen on rail: vibration, dust, low light, large temperature swings.
Connecting our hardware to central railway systems and to whatever operations stack the customer is already running. We work with the protocols already in place.
New product ideas start as boards on the bench. We design, build and revise the hardware here, then take it to the field for real testing.
Variant of OLIVER-G for metro tunnels, where GPS does not work. Captures pantograph sparks with the section, speed and chainage stamped on the image.
Current-collection monitoring for railway overhead electrification. Detects pantograph sparks in real time, with location tagging across the mainline network.
Thermal-imaging version of OLIVER-G. Catches hot spots on the pantograph and overhead lines that do not show up in normal video. Useful for predictive maintenance.
Tracks vertical and lateral oscillation in rail coaches in real time. The hardware sits in the coach. Readings come up live on a mobile app.
A trolley-based survey rig that captures chainage, location markers and reference data along railway lines, and prepares the route dataset for downstream rail systems.
